International Shipping

International shipping is now available through Shopify using USPS, DHL, and UPS. Standard international rates apply, along with any applicable taxes, duties, and fees based on your location.

Please note that for some destinations, Shopify’s automated international shipping rates may appear higher than other providers. If you would like a custom international shipping quote, please email us at thundercatstoyguide@gmail.com with the following details so we can give you the most accurate rate:

  1. Full name
  2. Complete shipping address (including street, city, postal/ZIP code, province or region, and country)
  3. Phone number and email address for customs and delivery contact
  4. Number of copies (units) you’d like to order

Once we receive your information, we’ll compare available carriers and provide you with the best shipping options available. After you confirm which option you’d like to use, we’ll send a PayPal invoice for the total amount (book + shipping). As soon as payment is received, your order will be processed.

For customers in the United Kingdom, we’re pleased to offer a much more affordable and reliable international shipping option called GlobalPost Plus. This service has quickly become our preferred choice for UK orders because it combines tracked delivery, lower cost, and no surprise import fees.

GlobalPost Plus is an international DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service that ships directly from the United States to select countries. Because printed books are duty-free and VAT-exempt when imported into the UK, this option provides exceptional value and a smooth delivery experience for our customers.

How GlobalPost Plus Works: Packages are first shipped via USPS to a GlobalPost processing hub located in the United States. From there, they’re assigned a GlobalPost tracking number, flown overseas, and handed off to your country’s local postal carrier (such as Royal Mail in the UK). Tracking updates will first show the U.S. hub delivery, then continue as your order moves through international transit to your address. Once in your country, the same tracking number can also be followed through your local postal service. This method may take a little longer than some of the higher-priced express options, but it offers excellent value and reliable delivery.
